Gentle again – intensely sweet reminiscent of Medjool dates but unlike the date the acidity provides the perfect foil to the sugar. Aged in 650 litres old oak casks. Gloriously oxidative and layered. 950 bottles made. Once opened there is absolutely no hurry to finish.
