Description
Sparkling ruby, slightly foaming. The scent is very fresh, reminiscent of roses and cherries. The taste has a slight sweetness, but without sticking to the palate, fresh acidity, fine fruit, wonderful.
Winery Description
A speciality from Monferrato. The Malvasia di Casorzo has been almost forgotten, but thanks to some small winegrowers, including Accornero, this vine has been recultivated.
Serving suggestion
Fruit cake?, biscuits such as Krumiri, fresh fruit, is also excellent as a light aperitif.
