Vines planted in 1930. Grapes are destemmed and macerated for fifteen days in both foudres and amphorae, fermenting in these vessels with native yeasts and aged for twenty-four months. Fresh red fruit aromas with light spicy notes on the nose, an intense and deep wine with a nice structure and chewy tannins.
