The 1990 Cabernet Sauvignon-Estate exhibits a saturated, opaque, dark ruby/purple color, an unevolved, but gloriously ripe, rich nose of cassis fruit and vanillin, and rich, full-bodied, tannic, backward flavors that reveal superb concentration and firm tannin.
