Challenged by the rocky volcanic soils of this mountainous vineyard site, the vines at Stagecoach produce fruit of extraordinary quality and intensity. This meticulously farmed property is hand-picked according to our winemaker's specifications.
The winemaking team uses a combination of old-world winemaking techniques and modern technology to make wines that reflect the unique characteristics of individual vineyards or "terroir" where specific varietals grow best. This fusion of superb vineyard sites and thoughtful winemaking allows Miner to deliver elegant, expressive wines.
Aging: 21 Months, 55% new French oak
Tasting notes: Loaded with rich ripe fruit and spice notes with touches of tasty oak, our Merlot has a nice grip from fine tannins on the lengthy finish.
