The Paitin 2023 Langhe Nebbiolo Starda shows a sweet side with crème de cassis and candied cherry. That fruit is followed by a subtle dusting of nutmeg. This vintage delivers silky qualities, but it does not have the textural strength or depth of some of the cooler years we've seen.
Winery Notes
Dark, scorched earth, licorice, smoke and menthol flavors that give the wine much of its brooding.
