Eva Valgañón and Oscar Alegre are artisan winemakers, resurrecting the old-school Rioja style of winemaking. Their dedication and focus in winemaking style is not only before Western palates that prefered bold, ripe styles took hold in the region but also before phylloxera ripped through France and winemaking underwent changes to accommodate French demand. This is an opportunity to enjoy classic, old-school, traditional Rioja. 75% Tempranillo, 20% Garnacha & 5% Viura from cooler parts of Rioja.
