Breakthru
A red blend of 40% Corvina Veronese, 30% Corvinone, 25% Rondinella and 5% Sangiovese from the Valpolicella Classica area of Veneto, Italy.
A small percentage of the harvested Corvinone is left to dry until December and then added to the blend. The wine spends 15 months in 2nd use oak barriques plus more time in the bottle before release. It has 3.8 g/L of residual sugar.
