The Appellation is Terre del Volturno IGT. The grape varietal is Pallagrello Bianco - 100%. The wine production area is in Casalicchio. The vineyards are located in Morrone della Monica in Pontelatone, planted 15 years ago in 2007. The vineyard is sitting at 1150 feet above sea on aEast-West facing slope of limestone soil and of about 2.13 Ha in size. The vine trellis system is Guyot with planting density at 5.200 and production at 3.5 tons per acre, yealding about 50% per hectare. Harvest begins in September. With vinification: 2/3 fermented in stainless steel at 13°/14 ° Celcius for 1 month; 1 / 3 fermented and macerated with the leece in neutral oak for 9 months
