On the nose, this Vouvray expresses itself in a style that is both upright and sensual, spicy and delightfully fruity. Very expressive, it releases a procession of spicy and lively notes. A rocky note precedes an eruption of ripe fruits around pear. On the palate, it unfolds prodigious energy that constantly propels it forward. The peppery smokiness from the soils enhances this sensation of movement and dynamism: fine peppers and licorice notes now swirl around a tangy touch of Granny Smith apple. It's a delight!
