This Albariño was harvested at just the right point of ripeness, which allowed us to maintain its characteristic elegance and freshness. Pale yellow in colour with greenish reflections, on the nose it is intense, with fruity aromas reminiscent of peach, balanced by citrus notes. On the palate it is fresh and mineral, with marked acidity and a long, round finish.
Ideal accompaniments to this wine are cod en causa with cockles, a citrus prawn salad or traditional grilled seafood with warm mango and endive salad. Its elegance combined with Asian food, Peruvian ceviches or a fresh tuna and potato salad in sauce is surprising.
