Spice and dark, stewed fruit aromas, with vanilla, pastry and jam notes. Long, structured finish.
Pairs well with T-bone steak and grilled meats in general. Grilled tuna. Aged and fatty cheeses. With desserts, it pairs very well with baked cheesecake or chocolate cake.

An overtone of tobacco, vanilla and milled white pepper is a fragrant thread winding through ripe and juicy black cherry and plum fruit, framed by refined, supple tannins.
