This Grand Cru SonnenGlanz is an organic white wine from the Alsace Grand Cru appellation, produced by the Alsatian estate Bott-Geyl. It is made from the Pinot Gris grape, sourced from vines planted on a terroir of limestone pebbles and Oligocene marl.This cuvée reveals a beautiful fine and complex nose, with fruity aromas of peach and melon.The palate is generous, with lovely fullness, featuring very broad and pronounced aromas. The finish is intense and smooth.Served at 11°C, this sweet white wine will pair very well with a creamy sauce white meat, pan-fried foie gras, risotto, or Chinese noodles.
