GRAPE VARIETIES: 70% Verdelho, 30% Arnsburger
PRINCIPAL GRAPE GROWING AREA: Câmara de Lobos, Arco
de São Jorge, Ilha (Santana) and São Vicente.
GEOGRAPHICAL LOCATION: Atlantic Ocean, 900Km Southwest
of Lisbon & 600Km West from North African Coast
SOIL & CLIMATE TYPE: Volcanic, mild with maritime
influence
VINIFICATION: The grapes are destemmed, crushed and pressed.
Fermentation is carried at controlled temperature (16°C) in
stainless steel tanks (70%) and new French oak barrels (30%).

Alcohol: 12.3 %
Total Acidity: 7.31 g/l
pH: 3.35
Total Sugar: 1.4 g/l
Total Sulphur: 116 mg/l
