The DOCG Fior d’Arancio is obtained from yellow muscat grapes that have found an ideal environment on the slopes of the Euganean Hills to express their maximum fragrance and aromaticity. From the gentle pressing of the grapes, a must is obtained, which, following fermentation conducted in an autoclave at controlled temperature with selected yeasts, gives rise to this particularly pleasant and joyful sparkling wine.
