This Saint émilion Grand Cru du Château d'Arcole is a robust, fruity and balanced wine to keep for a few years. This organic wine, harvested by hand and then vinified in barrels for 14 months, has elegant tannins and a beautiful length on the palate. Serve at 18°c after decanting for 2 hours, it will be very appreciated with red meat or as an accompaniment to a plate of cold meats and cheeses.
