The Claus Preisinger Ancestral is a delicious pet nat. Don’t get fooled by its look. Even though it seems to be a rosé Pet Nat, it tastes more like a white sparkling. Elegant, complex and mineral. The rich fine perlage follows tasty aromas of rhubarb, red currant, apple and jasmine.
