The world-renowned variety Sauvignon Blanc is now well-established at Domaine Martin, on a gently sloping terroir of gneiss. And it’s not alone! We also grow
Sauvignon Gris for a harmonious blend.
The planting density is 6,000 vines per hectare and the vines are carefully trellised to
obtain controlled yields and fully mature grapes.
This Sauvignon has a crystal-clear lemon colour.
It displays great freshness of aroma, with notes of white flowers and blackcurrant bud.
The mineral-like elegance and supple texture on the palate give it unmistakeable
balance.
It’s a multi-faceted Sauvignon that bursts with energy!
