The 2024 Ali is a tasty, easygoing red to drink now and over the next few years. Succulent dark cherry, plum, new leather, incense, tobacco and liquorice are front and center. Cherry, raspberry, mint and tobacco flavors permeate the linear profile of this red. Cedar and eucalyptus notes chime in as this turns tannic, with an astringent finish. Sangiovese and Cabernet Sauvignon. Drink now through 2029. -Bruce Sanderson, Oct 2025
