This dry white wine is crafted from expressive parcels sourced from across Marlborough, including Wairua Valley and Awatere Valley vineyards. The resulting wine boasts vibrant characteristics reflective of the region. The wine is fermented with yeasts that generate elevated Thiols, further elevating its tropical fruit aromas and citrus flavors. This Marlborough wine's balanced acidity pairs well with vegetarian dishes, salads and with seafood dishes such as grilled fish or fresh oysters.

"The 2024 Sauvignon Blanc is funky, a little sweaty and layered with guava, paw paw, white pepper, lemongrass and grapefruit in profusion. In the mouth, the acidity teams up with the chalky phenolics to provide some complexity to the structure, making for an attractive drink. 13,5% alcohol, sealed under screw cap."
