This complex, rich wine is a blend of 60% Tinta-Roriz, 30% Alfrocheiro, and 10% Touriga Nacional from Tejo in Portugal. This warm, dry region in southern Portugal produces ripe styles showing flavors of dark cherry, plum and raspberry. The palate is full of flavor and concentrated after a longer skin maceration. Pair with roasted lamb or sausages marinated in herbs.
