Winemakers Notes
The place called Hautes Chèvres is located above the village of Cumières, at mid-upper coast, on clay-limestone soil. Renowned for the quality of its Pinots, we grow most of our plots.
The 2018 vintage comes from our Meuniers vines grafted on the old 34EM and 3309C grafts, planted in 1967 and 1965, and Pinots Noirs, planted in 1981 on SO4 grafts.
Their low yield, excellent maturity, the mineral tension of the Hautes Chèvres terroir, generate a beautiful aromatic palette.
