Winemakers Notes
2004 will be ranked amongst the top vintages of the last 10-15 years; a long, even ripening season with a short burst of warm weather right at the end. The grapes achieved full maturity with great fruit intensity and flavour.
The bouquet shows bright fruit characters of dominated by jube and blackberry, enhanced with subtle sweet notes, from the French Oak maturation. The palate is rich, concentrated and long balanced with textured tannins and good acidity.
