This wine is the tribute of Bodegas Hidalgo la Gitana to a single plot of 15 hectares of palomino from Viñas Centenarias, within "El Cuadrado", located in the coveted neighborhood of Balbaina Alta, considered one of the payments with the greatest Atlantic influence of all Jerez Superior payments.
