Harvest carried out manually in boxes of 12 kg, the grapes are kept in cold storage at 2ºC until they are directly pressed. Cold desfangado and subsequent fermentation and aging in French oak barrels of 700L with work on lees for 5 months.
Tasting note
Color: Straw-yellow with golden hues.
Nose aromas of medium to high intensity ginger, citrus, white flowers, hay, ripe stone fruit, light smoked and pastry of its passage through oak barrels, syrupy, glyceric in the mouth with a balanced acidity.
