Winemaker Notes
Pale salmon in color with lively bubbles and a pure mousse. The 2019 Wedding Cuvée has great raspberry aromas, followed by strawberry and a touch of lemon zest. Very delicious red fruit flavors on the front palate that extend to the mid palate, followed by a burst of red apple and creaminess, lead to a grapefruit finish with amazing texture throughout.
