A classic Sauvignon Blanc from the Loire Valley, France. Noticeable herbaceous with fennel, verbena, wormwood and floral notes with complexity of citrus and lychee on the palate. The finish is long and classically bright of Sauvignon Blanc.
The Roger family began their journey in winemaking in the 17th century out of the Village of Bue. Located in the Loire Valley, the Jean-Max Roger estate uses a sustainable approach when producing their wines and is currently operated by Jean-Max’s sons, Thibault and Etienne. 100% Sauvignon Blanc, this wine boasts notes of apple, pear, citrus, and lemongrass. Pair this with grilled lobster or a mild curry.
