Tasting Note from Winemaker Marc Nanes: "A breathtaking wine, asatsuyu is my favorite wine to open and share, regardless of season or occasion or mood. What an honor to be involved in its production, and to be able to enjoy it. This 2024 vintage is the 10th anniversary of the introduction of Semillon to the label, and continues to reflect Kenzo and Natsuko's mandate for strict attention to detail and a delicate touch, using our proprietary winemaking approach in order to showcase the Sauvignon Blanc varietal. To preserve freshness and its exceptional bouquet, a portion of the juice is slow fermented in stainless steel at a very low temperature. Additional lots are fermented and aged in French oak barrels, contributing palate depth and richness, a fitting complement to those soaring aromatics. It's a thrill to present the 2024 vintage of asatsuyu and with the vineyard and winemaking teams behind me, we sincerely hope you enjoy each moment with it."
