Tasting notes
Bright salmon pink in color with aromas of red summer berries and notes of spice. The palate is crisp, refreshing and full of fruit. This Rosé has a well-balanced acidity, making it very versatile for food pairing. It loves BBQ, pasta and spicy food.

Production Area: Township of Rochefort du Gard and Pujaut
Vineyard Surface: 10 hectares
Maximum yield: 70 hl/ha
Age of the vines: 15 years
Terroir : Issued from clay and limestone.
Grape-varieties: Grenache (50%, fullness), Carignan (30%, fruit), Syrah (20%, spices)
Winemaking: Vatting for 5 to 6 hours. Fermentation takes 10 to 12 days at low temperatures (13-14 Celsius).100% drip juice.
Ageing potential: 1 to 2 years. Drink while young.
