Winemaker Notes
This Rosé Pèt-nat is 100% Gamay, from hand-harvested vines that were planted in 1976 in limestone and clay-flint soils. Off-dry, with soft aromas of strawberry-banana cream and clean grapefruit, this ruby-hued wine sports zippy acidity. Flavors of tart strawberry and cherry yogurt, with minerality displayed in spades. Balanced, ripe and super easy to drink!
