Winemaker Notes
The Montagny 1er Cru "La Grande Roche" 2022 has a bright, pale yellow color. From its nose emanate perfumes of yellow peach, fresh hazelnut and almond paste. Its mouth, ample and very round, reveals aromas of almond paste and honey. A lot of freshness on the finish.
Pair with asparagus, rabbit galantine, trout with almonds and sheeps cheese.

This combines the creamy-oily side of white Burgundy with succulent candied pineapple and lychee fruit plus touches of almonds and smoke. The interplay of the ripeness and vitality is delightful and impressive. Long, quite compact finish with excellent mineral freshness.
