Opus One 2022 is a Napa Valley Bordeaux‐style blend that strikes a balance between elegance and power. Bright blueberry, cassis, and dried rose petals lead the aromatics, with undertones of graphite, cigar box, and olive adding depth. On the palate the wine offers juicy red fruit—fresh berries interwoven with cocoa and fresh orange peel—supported by fine‐grained tannins and fresh acidity. Its finish is long and refined, with hints of wet stone, vanilla, and coffee, promising excellent aging potential.
