Aromas of ripe black fruits; cherries and blackcurrants whilst on the palate these ripe fruits marry perfectly with the silky soft tannins to produce a wine just pleading to be drunk and enjoyed. Excellent with red meats, game and hard cheeses.

The wine was selected and blended from one of the biggest Chateau's in the Bordeaux appellation, some 5 miles from Castillon La Bataille, with extremely modern, high tech equipment, whilst benefiting from the experienced hand of the Cardarelli family who have been making wine in Bordeaux for over four generations.
