Tasting Notes: The Taking Root Blac de Cabernet is a unique white wine made from Cabernet Sauvignon. The skins are removed before fermentation, so the wine doesn’t end up with any red color or tannins. The bottle displays bright aromas of passion fruit and ripe peach. On the palate, the tropical fruit flavors are balanced by a hint of grapefruit. It is vibrant with a long and fresh finish.
Radacini is a small winery located in Codru, Moldova. This relatively young winery is a team who “put their hearts into everything we do to create the best wine.” The Codru region is surrounded by forests that protect the area from the harsh winters. The grapes grown in the region yield unique aromatic wines with distinctive personalities.
