Pinot Noir from the estate vineyard and 13 other family-owned vineyard sites located in the North Willamette Valley, about 40% located in the Yamhill-Carlton AVA and mostly on sedimentary and alluvial soil. Fermented with indigenous yeasts and aged in French oak barrels (10% new oak) for 10 months. True to Yamhill-Carlton terroir, the wine is dark fruit-driven with soft tannins and flavors of dark cherry compote, strawberry leather, stewed plums and rose oil, and a long finish. 3000 cases produced.
