Rubus Chardonnay from Chile’s Colchagua Valley is a rich and expressive white wine with an inviting, full-bodied style. Grown in ideal conditions and harvested in the cool of morning to preserve freshness, this wine captures the bold, sun-ripened character of the region’s best fruit.
Tasting Notes
Pale yellow with green highlights, it opens with ripe aromas of pineapple, melon, and honey, elegantly balanced with subtle notes of oak. On the palate, it’s full, buttery, and well-rounded, offering richness and texture without overwhelming freshness.
Winemaking
Fermented at controlled temperatures (15–16°C) to retain varietal character, 25% of the wine is aged in American oak barrels for three months, adding complexity. The final blend is clarified, cold-stabilized, and filtered for purity and balance.
