Cirò Rosato Scala, is a wine produced with Gaglioppo grapes, native to Calabrese, in Cirò Marittima, in Calabria by the Scala family company, located in a splendid old farmhouse surrounded by vineyards. A soft pressing of the grapes is followed by fermentation in steel and a very short refinement of 2-3 months before bottling. The result is a rose wine with fresh and fragrant aromas reminiscent above all of flowers and fruit, from wild strawberries to citrus fruits. On the palate it is enveloping and savory, supported by a delicate acidity that gives it an excellent balance.
