Perfect with roasted chicken, turkey, duck with fruit glaze or sauce, wild boar, barbecue ribs, filet mignon, steak, lamb or grilled pork. Ijalba has set the standard for environmental awareness in the region, from its organic production to its extensive recycling and environmental certification for the winery. 90% Tempranillo, 10% Graciano.
