Belle Glos Zero Dosage Rosé begins with Pinot Noir from the Russian River Valley in Sonoma County. With years of farming experience in the region, we found these vineyards ideal for producing a sparkling wine that didn't rely on dosage to balance the profile. Maintaining low pH, moderate acidity, and a full flavor spectrum was crucial. To compensate for the lack of dosage, we employed intensive winemaking techniques upfront-aging the base wine in French oak, undergoing malolactic fermentation, and blending multiple vintages. This approach ensures a vibrant, youthful expression that harmonizes with the aged, complex characteristics, creating a sparkling wine that evolves beautifully over time.
COLOR: Salmon-hued.
AROMAS: Wild strawberry, rose petals, raspberry, and a hint of citrus blossom.
PALATE: This wine is bright and vibrant, with flavors of orange zest, raspberry, bright cherry, and apricot.
PAIRING: Smoked salmon, berry salad, spicy tuna rolls, roast chicken and goat cheese.
