Yannis Papargyriou is a producer who loves alcohol and condensation, and it comes out in all his red wines, having won fanatical friends. Here we have a wine that bases its charm on the power of the Cabernet Sauvignon from vineyards in mountain Korinthia, whose bottles are pre-packaged before bottling and coming out on the market.
Its color is deep purple. The fragrances boast between freshness and maturity, with bright black fruits and plum jam on a background of spices, nuts and coffee. The mouth is exuberant, with high alcohol but acidity capable of balancing it, sensuous tannins and savory after-taste. Lovers of sturdy wines are now being drunk. The rest of you can wait for it for 3-4 years to get the finesse that hides in it.
